Development of a universally applicable decryption service

Certain departments are required to provide documentation and statistics regarding the use of electronic systems. Facilitating a search of archived documents therefore requires the archive to be indexed. To ably meet both these requirements, a universally applicable decryption service was developed, implemented and rolled out. As a consequence, the two primary encoding methods can now be decoded up to high recursion levels.

Development of automatic classification and encoding of sensitive documents

To prevent the leak of sensitive data, a system that automatically classifies and encodes sensitive documents on the basis of internal directives was developed, implemented and rolled out. The system is also now being continually developed to provide users with additional classification functions and protect all documents.

Development of encoding system for MS Of­fice documents and emails

De­sign, im­ple­men­ta­ti­on and glo­ba­l rollout of a client-server solution to encode WORD, EXCEL and POWER­POINT documents and OUT­LOOK emails. The system is integrated within Windows and the MS Office suite and supports the prevention of data leaks. Persons outside the company cannot open encrypted documents.
